It was great to visit Fusion Housing in Dewsbury this morning to with Rosie Winterton MP, Linda McAvan MEP and David Sheard, Leader of Kirklees Council to talk about Labour’s fair deal for tenants including an end to excessive rent increases, tackling disproportionate agent fees and giving greater security for tenants by introducing longer tenancies. 

Then we launched the Kirklees Local and Yorkshire and Humber European Campaigns outside Dewsbury Town Hall where we received a great response from passing shoppers who are struggling with the Cost of Living Crisis and want to see Labour back in power.
